1) How much does delivery cost?

We deliver to UK addresses by Royal Mail.

• Standard Delivery is applied dependent on the item weight

2) How long do standard deliveries take?

Standard delivery takes 7-10 working days

3) What happens if I am out when delivery is attempted?

All orders will be delivered to the delivery address you have provided to us.

Orders will be sent via Royal Mail and will follow your usual local process if you are not in to take delivery of your package (typically collection from nearby depot).​

4) What currency do you accept?

We can only accept GBP currency

5) What payment methods you accept?

We can accept payments by Visa and MasterCard. If you are using a mobile device such as a smart phone or tablet then we are also able to take payment via Google Pay and Apple pay

6) I've been given a voucher code; how do I use it?

Once you have added your products to your basket and ready to checkout, there is a voucher code box on the check out page for you to enter and validate your voucher code. Simply apply the voucher to your order and you will see this reflected in the order total
